Welcome to buttercups F/A-18 Project home page.  The project is a gas turbine powered radio controlled F/A-18 in one quarter scale.  The finished aircraft will be about 7 feet long with about a four foot wingspan and will fly at 180-220mph. 

Scheduled to fly at Aviation Days at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Az. and the R/C Scale Masters Competition in August 2007.
